I am Aaron Calderon, an NSF postdoc and (starting in Fall 2022) an L. E. Dickson Instructor at the University of Chicago.
I’m interested in Teichmüller theory, dynamics on moduli spaces, hyperbolic geometry, geometric group theory, and other related topics.
I completed my Ph.D. in 2022 at Yale, under the direction of Yair Minsky. Before Yale, I received my B.S. in mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I was advised by Susan Hermiller.
